FAQ: How to issue an invoice correctly?
Always create an invoice according to the PDF overview. A PDF overview is a document generated by Affilbox after an invoice request. It contains a list of e-shops from which the commission came and other relevant information. The PDF overview can be found in the Billing section by clicking on the three dots next to your invoice list.

Mandatory invoice details:
- Our billing information (you can find it below)
- Billing information of the partner (you)
- Invoice number (PDF overview)
- Items - the list of the e-shops from which the conversion came (PDF overview)
- Billing amount (PDF overview)
- Currency
- Account number (IBAN)
To be approved and paid, the invoice must contain all of the above points.
Our billing information
The 11Teamsports Group includes several separate entities that maintain their own accounting and tax systems. For this reason, you must invoice the entity that owns the e-shop where your conversions took place.

In case there are conversions from two (three) different entities in your PDF overview, you need to issue an invoice for each one separately, i.e. two (three) invoices.
Note: The billing address in the PDF overview will always be the address of the Topforsport entity regardless of the e-shops in the overview, as this entity is the one that represents the affiliate program within the 11Teamsports Group. When issuing an invoice, it is therefore necessary to navigate according to the e-shops in the PDF overview and the table above.
