FAQ: How to issue an invoice correctly?

Always create an invoice according to the PDF overview. A PDF overview is a document generated by Affilbox after an invoice request. It contains a list of e-shops from which the commission came and other relevant information. The PDF overview can be found in the Billing section by clicking on the three dots next to your invoice list.

The example of PDF overview:

Mandatory invoice details:

• Our billing information (you can find it below)
• Billing information of the partner (you)
• Invoice number (PDF overview)
• Items - the list of the e-shops from which the conversion came (PDF overview)
• Billing amount (PDF overview)
• Currency
• Account number (IBAN)

To be approved and paid, the invoice must contain all of the above points.
